The Paris Township annual spring clean up will be taking place in a month. There has never been an individual charge to our residents for the clean up program, but the township does pay for the dumpsters that are brought to the community center for this event. The more dumpsters needed, the higher our costs. Over the past few years the Board of Trustees have noticed a growing trend among some residents that will no longer be permitted. The township spring clean up is not intended to be a replacement for your normal residential trash collection service. Additionally, clean up day is not for business use. Individuals or businesses bringing trailers/trucks full of plastic bags or boxes containing normal household trash will be turned away this year. Our clean up days are designed to take items that may be too large for your regular trash hauler or for items that would be refused by your regular trash hauler - such as batteries. Please share this information with your neighbors that may not have internet service.
